Applications are invited from Male (preferably local) citizens of Pakistan for the recruitment of
60 x WIL Trainees. Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training.
1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
a. Qualification - Matric with Science (Physic & Math) (Minimum 2nd Division)
Additional weightage will be given to the applicants possessing FSC
(Physic & Math)
b. Age -
17 to 24 years as on 30-10-2025
c. Duration of Training -
9 Months
2. PAYMENT OF STIPEND DURING TRAINING
a. During 1st semester (04 months) (Rs. 12,184 /p.m)
b. During 2nd semester (05 months) (Rs. 15,230 /p.m)
3. TERMS & CONDITIONS
a. Affidavit
Applicants Fresh Entrants after their selection as WIL Trainee will submit an affidavit on stamp paper
valuing Rs 100/- by his surety to complete his training satisfactorily and if he leaves during training, he
will have to pay the training plus allied charges.
b. Employment
The WIL Trainees will be offered the job as per requirement of WIL after successful completion of
their training. It shall not be obligatory for WIL Management to offer the job to all WIL Trainees.
c. Bond Deed
The selected WIL Trainees will have to execute the prescribed bond to serve in WIL for a minimum
period of 6 years. In case of leaving, they will have to refund all the amount spent on their training
including penalty of Rs. 50,000/-

b. By post, in-complete applications and result declared after closing date will not be entertained.
c. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview through SMS; therefore, active Mobile Number
(non-converted to any other network) should be mentioned on application proforma. However, WIL
will take no responsibility for non-receipt of SMS due to any reason.
d. Test/ interview will be conducted at Wah Cantt. List of candidates will also be displayed on WIL
Website.
e. No TA/DA shall be admissible for the test / interview.
